  • Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF/VRV) systems

    Century Mechanical installs large‑scale VRF systems from manufacturers such as Daikin, LG and Samsung. These projects involve multi‑branch piping, electronic expansion‑valve calibration and zone‑based control programming.

  • Refrigeration plants and cold rooms

    We construct refrigerated warehouses and freezer rooms with custom rack systems, and high‑efficiency evaporators. Installations include vapour barrier construction, pressure‑tested pipework and commissioned control loops.

Preventive
Maintenance

We provide preventive maintenance and operational oversight to maximise system life and reliability. Services include refrigerant charge management, vibration and thermographic analysis, coil cleaning, filter changes, control re‑tuning and 24/7 emergency response. Entire service histories are recorded and kept for better services.

Retrofit
and Upgrades

For clients with ageing infrastructure, we design phased retrofits that integrate high‑efficiency equipment and smart controls without disrupting operations. Upgrades may include converting fixed‑speed compressors to variable‑speed drives, installing low‑GWP refrigerants.
