Century Mechanical installed a large-scale VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system for LG Electronics’ manufacturing facility in Huntsville, AL, extending our multi-state HVAC partnership with LG beyond Georgia.

The manufacturing environment demanded flexible, zoned climate control able to serve varied production and support areas with independent temperature management — a natural fit for a high-capacity VRF solution.

Our scope covered multi-branch refrigerant piping, indoor and outdoor unit placement, electronic expansion-valve calibration, and zone-based control programming, followed by full system commissioning.

Delivering this project across state lines underscored Century Mechanical’s capacity to mobilize and execute large industrial VRF installations for major Korean-affiliated manufacturers throughout the Southeast.
